Global IT company specialising in product development, digital platform engineering, and digital and product design.

Establish. Teach. Inform.
Establish best practices UX within a mature team and liaise with Stakeholders to raise UX awareness and set workflow expectations. Building guidelines and Design Systems was first on the roadmap, followed by leading Design Thinking up to senior management and finally demonstrating an improved UCD experience through workshops, prototyping and also within the sprints.

Facilitate, organise and deliver insight from an off-site ‘UX Workshops’ to launch the Discovery Phase for one of the companies flagship products. The client are looking for a reliable partner to work closely with their internal data team to understand the current service and define the future services and experiences. By facilitating ideation and user journey workshops I was able redefine problems and discover new ones.
